The short version

We collect only what we need to run your sourcing request.
Suppliers see your company name. They never see your email, phone, budget or current price.
We never store your card details.

1. Who we are

SourceTrio (sourcetrio.com) is operated by Runpost in the Maldives. The legal entity is RUNPOST, registration number SP02412021, G.Kasthiirge, 2nd Floor, Alikilegfaanu Magu, Postal code: 2011, Male', Maldives. We are responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

Type	Examples
Company information	Company name, registration details, country, website, industry.
Contact details	Your name, job title, company email address and phone number.
Request details	What you want to buy, quantities, specs, delivery location, timing, budget and current price (if you share them).
Messages	Emails between you, us and suppliers about your request.
Payment records	Amount, date, currency and a payment reference from the gateway. Not your card number.
Technical data	Basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.

We also collect information about suppliers. This includes business names, contact details, quotes, and the results of our checks.

3. Why we use it

To verify that you are a registered business, including sending a code to your company email.
To find, vet and contact suppliers for your request.
To compare quotes and prepare your options (up to 3).
To send you updates about your request.
To take payments and keep financial records.
To keep the service safe and stop fraud or misuse.
To improve the service.
To meet our legal duties.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for third-party advertising.

4. What we share with suppliers

We share your company name and the details suppliers need to quote (such as the product and quantity).
We never share your email, phone number, budget or current price.
Supplier replies come to SourceTrio. We pass them on to you.
When you choose a supplier, we give you their contact details. From then on you deal with them directly.

5. How we vet suppliers

To check suppliers, we use sources such as:

public sanctions lists from governments and international bodies;
official company registries and public business records;
public websites, reviews and scam or fraud reports;
information the supplier gives us.

6. Who else handles your data

We use trusted service providers to run SourceTrio. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.

Email sending and receiving: Resend (Resend, Inc., USA)

Card payments: Bank of Maldives payment gateway. Your card details go straight to the gateway. We never see or store them.

Some providers may store data outside the Maldives. We choose providers that protect data well.

7. How long we keep it
